A play, process, and collaborative art studio to fuel creative spirits.

Kindling is a studio where people can build creative confidence, explore curiosities, and grow community.

Kindling Community Arts is created by, your very own East Madison neighbor, Carrie Breunig. I’m a bit of a recluse when it comes to the internet, so you won’t find much about me out there in the social-spheres…but you can learn a little here if interested! I envision a world filled with imaginative thinkers who take care of each other and our earth. I’m working toward that vision by offering art classes, open studios, and a small gathering space for celebrations. With a special focus on families who want to create together, Kindling is a studio for all ages, abilities, and experience levels.

The studio is located inside the Eastmorland Community Center. It’s stocked with creative reuse supplies for tinkering and making as well as traditional visual arts materials.

I will do as much creative re-use of materials as possible. If you have art supplies that you might consider donating, please reach out!
