Let’s unplug and process in community through creative play.
Hello Kindling Community,
Just a quick note to remind you of the class and open studio options starting up!
I have a favor to ask you. As you read through these offerings, can you please take a minute to think of the folks in your life who might love this and share with them? Or if you have any recommendations of networks I should tap into, could you let me know? Any help I can get with spreading the word about Kindling would mean sooooooo much.
If you’ve had your eyes on the Family Open Studios, I’ve simplified the fee structure so please check that out. I would like to offer a free visit to either the Tinkering Tots or the Family Open Studios to anyone on this email list. (see days/times below) Please just shoot me an email to let me know if/when you plan to attend. carrie@kindlingcommunityarts.org
In this unsettling time, let’s remember we are creative beings who are here to take care of each other.
Sending love,
Photo taken by Sam Haas. (Thank you!) Sam created Playful Acorns, an organization to connect families with opportunities to gather and grow. Check her out!

Saturday Morning Community Art
This month, let’s think about the magic of seeds. I’ll have a million garden catalogs available. Old ones for a collage project and new ones incase you feel like planning your garden while the kids play. Or just dreaming about all things green and growing. I’ll have a seed mosaic activity set up and some flower art using watercolors and different resists. There is no better practice for envisioning a better world than planning a garden.
