Friday April 25, 6-9pm

We need creative play just as much as the kiddos in our lives! Come for a cozy evening of good company, connection, and community building! All this while you scratch your creative maker itch.

This evening will be a mix of open studio and guided projects, providing a little more flexibility for you to choose your own adventure.

Open studio option: Bring along a project that you’re working on and enjoy some great company while you create! You are also welcome to use basic studio supplies like watercolors, color pencils, oil pastels, paper, acrylic paints etc to make as you please in the space. Please feel free to check in with me if you’re looking for a specific supply.

Guided project option: I will have materials available for wool felting and will happily provide basic instruction. It’s weirdly cathartic because you get to do tons of tiny little stabs, which feels right for this moment, huh? I love wool felting and am excited to share this with you. Check out this post for examples of projects made in our first ladies night! Wool felting is a great practice for times that require patience and perseverance. No experience necessary, this is a lovely and satisfying project for all. If you came to the last wool felting class, we could move on to trying 3 dimensional projects if you’d like!

$25 includes studio time, supplies, and hot tea. Maybe we can all bring some little snacky things to share? It’s also ok to bring your own drinks of choice. Wine/beer welcomed in moderation.

25% of proceeds from this event will go to our neighborhood school PTO at Schenk Elementary.

This is an inclusive space, bring your full beautiful self. 🌈
